Guide for Onboarding Procedure:

Fill-out form

Scroll down and press the Onboard button. Fill out the form with the information needed.

Note: You can find some of the information to answer in your unit reservation.

After you submitted your form, an email will be sent to you as a confirmation of your onboarding.

Bank Payment

Another email will be sent to you for your Payment (Amount and the Bank Account details to whom you must send your Payment).

You may now pay for your Dress-Up dues.

Check E-mail

Along with the email sent will be your Transaction Ticket Code and the Link for your Proof of Payment.

Proceed to the Link in your email, Insert your Transaction Ticket to verify your onboarding then upload on the form your Proof of Payment.

Note: Proof of Payment is an image of your payment receipt or the bank transaction statement. Make sure that the content would be readable.

Finance officers will verify your payment.

Once verified you will receive an email of the verification of your payment.
